What is included in the bundled price?
Our bundled price is all-inclusive and covers the Workshop and event management fees, cost of the supply Kits, and all US shipping and handling charges. Additional sales taxes and credit card fees may apply.
Where do host in-person (IRL)
events?
We bring our Craftcare Workshops to you in-person in New York City, Los Angeles, SF/Bay Area and Seattle. Our in-person events do require additional lead time. Please reach out for more information. Please note that CraftJam does not host events at its physical location.
Does your all-inclusive shipping price
include international shipping?
No, international shipping will be an additional charge. Please reach out for quotes for events outside the US.
What is your COVID policy?
We require that participants offer proof of vaccine or a negative test within 48 hours of the event. On our end, we ensure that our in-person instructors are vaccinated.
Do you have a minimum spend requirement?
Workshops have a minimum spend of $3,000.
What happens if my Kit does not arrive
before my Workshop?
We require shipping information three weeks before the event to leave enough lead time for our Kits to arrive on time. Please contact us, and we will try to find a solution so you can still participate.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
We only require a minimum spend (see above.)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
Our bundled price includes US shipping. International shipping can be quoted upon request.
Recipients of international packages may need to pay an import tax in order to clear customs in their country and receive the package. In addition, there is a $3/Kit fulfillment fee on international packages.
How can I reserve a date for my event?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your date.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For standard domestic shipments, we use USPS Priority. For shipments that need to arrive in 4 days or less, we offer UPS at an additional fee.
For international shipments, we work with DHL.
