How long have you been crafting?
My whole life! My parents enrolled me in craft classes back in elementary school, I studied art in college, and haven’t stopped looking for new projects since.
What is your favorite thing about crafting?
Crafting forces me to slow down – I love that the projects I gravitate towards often don’t result in ‘instant gratification’ and that I need to be mindful and present throughout the whole process. It’s so satisfying!
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever made?
Probably my first quilt. It took me forever to finish but now I use it nearly everyday!
What do you like about CraftJams?
Seeing Jammers connect! The atmosphere is so inviting and supportive.
If you could CraftJam with anyone, who would it be?
Oooh, Kaye Blegvad – I love her work and it would be so cool to work alongside one another (and maybe plant the seed for a collaboration!?!?!?)!
When you aren’t crafting, what are you doing?
Interior Decorator — I love any and all home DIY projects.
