Sewing: Bandana Top

SUMMER IS (almost) HERE! Time to toss out those ratty old sweats and slip into something a little more fun! A new season is the perfect excuse to add some fresh looks to your warm weather rotation, and whether you’re brand new to sewing or ready to dust off your machine and get stitching again, we’ve got *just* the summer sewing project to get you started!

Join us for a beginner sewing workshop that will cover all the basics including measuring, cutting, pinning and stitching, and in just 2 hours our expert JamMaster will show you how to turn pre-cut bandanas (no pattern necessary!) into your own unique summer-ready top in a snap!

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to cut, pin, assemble and sew your bandana top.
  • How to create seam allowances.
  • How to roll, pin and hem using a sewing machine.

For this workshop, a basic understanding of sewing – including how to set up, thread and use your sewing machine – is encouraged.

New to our virtual workshops? Learn all about how they work here.
