The small print!
For our public events, we require a minimum of two attendees. If we don't get the minimum signups we will reach out to you two days before to see if you'd like to reschedule to another date, otherwise, we will give you a full refund.
For private (exclusive) events we require a minimum of six people.
Sometimes life happens and you can’t make it.
Things happen and plans change, we get it. If you no longer can attend your workshop, we need one (1) week notice for cancellation and full refund. 48 hours notice if you'd like to reschedule (depends on availability). You can take any class that costs the same or less, this offer is valid for up to three months. Just remember we can reschedule you only once. We are unable to offer any kind refunds, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 48 hours advance notice.
In the event a class is canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other Force Majeure, we will reschedule you to another date or give you a full refund.
What is the make-up class schedule policy?
Can I purchase walk-in tickets?
Yes, if we have spots left. We love spontaneity! Just come 15 minutes beforehand so we can process your signup.
What time should I arrive at CraftJam?
Classes start promptly and we highly recommend to get there 15 minutes early to settle and to get your snacks and drinks ready! Also, a good time to catch up with your friends joining you or make new ones.
What if I come on a wrong date?
Mistakes happen. If you get your class date mixed up and come on a wrong day (to the same class), you are welcome to stay if we have space and extra supplies. If we don't have enough materials, we will kindly ask that you come on the correct date.
What if I don’t succeed in finishing my project?
The JamMaster will guide you through the workshop and help you with timing. We have suggested templates and patterns that are guaranteed for you to finish in the event time. If you chose to create your own design, we cannot promise that you’ll finish! However, if you take the project home to finish, please send us a photo when you’re done, we’d love to share it on social media.
What if I don’t like my projects?
Our workshops are designed for beginners, and the JamMaster will assist to complete a project you’ll like or love. But we get it, sometimes you’re not satisfied. And our job is to make you happy. Try it again! Either start over during that class or we’ll give you half off for the same class on another day when the stars are better aligned. Let us know what didn’t work for you, what you wish you had done differently and how we should improve, we’re here for you.
Is there an age requirement to come to CraftJam?
Most CraftJams are designed for adults. We welcome anyone 18 years or older! If the event is kids friendly, there will be a separate mention of this in the event description.
Can I bring my own booze?
Yes, you can, we are BYOB friendly! But, you must be 21 or over. Younger? Just have a mocktail. No one will notice ;)
Can I bring food?
You're coming right after work and you're hungry, we’ve been there! We ask you to please finish meals before the workshop starts, and you're welcome to eat it on our premise. Eating and crafting doesn't go so well together and might disturb fellow attendees. Food stains and smell can take away from a good experience. We do love snacks though. Make sure to share with your new friends ;)
Can I bring my friends to CraftJam events?
Of course! Friends who craft together, stay together. But please be aware that our public events are intimate and designed in a way that every attendee feels included. So if you plan to attend with a big group (e.g. six or more) and want to celebrate a birthday or reunion, we recommend to host a private party.
Can I host a private CraftJam?
Yes, we would love to help you host a corporate or private CraftJam. We offer a range of workshops that work well for birthdays, bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, team building, client appreciation, creative wellness, and more.
Do I need to sign the waiver?
If you attend a class with certain tools, such as X-acto knives and stamping tools, yes, please. It’s a standard workshop business practice. Our JamMaster will always demonstrate proper techniques according to our safety guidelines.
Why are you taking photos?
We think your crafting experience deserves to be eternal and that’s why we are ready with cameras! We’ll make sure you look good and post them on social media so your mom can be proud of you. Want to keep this a secret? No worries, just give us heads up and we’ll let you keep your privacy.
What can I buy with a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed through the CraftJam website and may be used on any individual CraftJam ticket on the site.
What is your return policy?
Our gift cards are not refundable. We’re constantly adding new classes to our offerings, and we are sure that the recipient of the gift card can find an activity they like. If there are any questions about our CraftJams, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed through the CraftJam website and may be used on any class on the site. To redeem, simply enter the gift card code while picking your class. You can only use your gift certificate code once. If the value of your gift card is more than the price of the class, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a new gift certificate code with the remaining value.
