Few weeks ago we had a magical morning at CraftJam headquarters with Ashley Bellman from New York LIVE making accessories that incorporate the hottest trend of the summer – tassels! Flirty and fun tassel accessories are popping up on tote bags and shoes, in colorful stacked layers on earrings, and in adorning details around our homes.
Make It Your Own
Tassels are an easy, fun project that you can master with only a few supplies. They are an awesome DIY project for utilizing your scraps and getting creative with different types of materials, like leather, yarn, silk thread (if you’re super fly!).
We made our tassels using the most handy, multipurpose tools from The Loome. However, you always try this DIY by wrapping material around your hand or a piece of cardboard instead. Check out the clip from New York LIVE below!
