Our team believes in the power of meditation to de-stress and uplift ourselves but sometimes traditional or even guided meditation can be difficult. That’s why we pulled together some of our favorite creative activities that we know help us enter a meditative state.

Collaging allows you to tune out the world while you crop and cut pictures, you can even focus your collage on how you’re feeling that day! It’s the perfect way to distract AND express yourself.

Nostalgic Crafts

Picking up a craft you enjoyed as a kid is a great way to reap the benefits of meditative crafting. Try making friendship bracelets, beaded necklaces, or something out of polymer clay!
